| THE JOY OF THEATRE / CLASS CREATIONS
| The students, facilitated by GBTC coaches will create a class play - scripted, produced & directed
with individual characterizations. Students are encouraged to expand their imaginations through creative story writing
and reading, all the while becoming familiar with stage terminology as well as developing a vocally and physically effective stage presence.

| DRAMATIC ENSEMBLE
| The performance of an exciting combined vocal & movement ensemble piece (may be pre-scripted or created by students) that
will result from exploring body movement sequences along with vocal techniques that will creatively interpret a prose or poetic work.

| STORYTELLING
| The sharing of stories drawn from a rich base of cultural mythology, along with ritual dance, combined with mask-making
will culminate in an exciting short dramatic masked student presentation ( *additional $3.00 per session for materials)

| MUSICAL THEATRE
| Create a song & movement choreography based on movements drawn from various styles such as, Jazz, Hip-hop, Break Dance,
Modern, Rap and Salsa. This workshop may be scheduled during class time &/or during the school lunch period with a minimum of at least one other
hour-long workshop booking immediately preceeding or following on the same day. A teacher from the school or adult volunteer
must be present at all workshops.

| This workshop may be scheduled during class time &/or during the school lunch period with a minimum of at least one other

| BUILDING A PLAY ON A PRE-SET THEME
| Teachers may wish to create drama in the classroom based on particular Thematic work.
Facilitated and produced by GBTC staff to enhance the teaching and understanding of any component of the Ontario Elementary school
curriculum.

| THE SCHOOL PLAY
| GBTC coaches will work with staff and students to help choose, direct & produce a play (classic or contemporary,
drama or musical) with your entire school or division for an end-of-year or term presentation.

| ACTIVITY DAY WORKSHOPS: DRAMAWORKS
| GBTC will set up work stations at your school to accommodate class rotation scheduling / or simultaneous class activities.
The day Includes up to 8 30-minute sessions/ or 4 60-minute sessions consisting of Juggling, Mime, Song /Choreography, Reader's Theatre,
Ensemble, Stage Combat, Stage Make-up & Costumes/ or Stage Lighting & Sound Design, Theatre Improvisations. GBTC will provide between
4 and 7 coaches for the day. (* Limited bookings available)
